Who We Are

The WCRW is a chapter of the Texas Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of Republican Women. The Texas Federation of Republican Women actively supports Republican candidates, while providing strength and unity for political action. We encourage Republican women to run for office and our party feels it’s important to inform our members and the electorate through political education. We believe all issues are local issues, and that it is critical to have informed voters!

We actively participate in our community through projects that enhance our quality of life, and encourage you to join us, either as a full, or associate member.

County Commissioners Forum Precincts 2 and 3

Cannery Kitchen, Brenham

WCRW’s February meeting will be at the Cannery Kitchen in Brenham. We are sponsoring a Washington County Republican forum for precincts 2 and 3 Commissioners. The primary election will be March 3. The candidates in precinct 2 are Jim Chisolm, “Bubba” Herrin, Amanda Klehm and Mark Schonefeld. Precinct 3 candidates are Chad Dismukes and Gil Janner.
